Is the $29.99 a one-time fee? Yes. You pay $29.99 one time, and you have full lifetime access to our Members' Area. No monthly rebilling charges ever. Please note that additional optional fee-based services are available, but your basic membership to our site will be one non-recurring charge of $29.99.

Do you have only Surplus Auctions, or are other auctions included too? In our Members' Area you will get full access to our directory of Surplus Auctions, but as an added bonus at no extra charge we also provide links to various other kinds of Government Auctions so you will get a tremendous assortment of listings of auctions.

After I sign up, when can I begin using your system? Upon our receipt of your payment, you will instantly receive your password to our Members' Area by email, for instant access to our Members' Area. There is nothing to download, and you don't have to wait for anything to arrive by postal mail. The sites, databases, and resources you need to begin participating in auctions are located in our Members' Area.

Will I have to pay any additional fees to bid in the auctions? The $29.99 Membership fee to the Members' Area of our site is all you ever have to pay for membership to our site, and you will have access to our directory of Government Auctions.

Is there a guarantee? Yes, within 30 days of your membership purchase, if you are not satisfied we will refund your membership fee in full. After 30 days all sales are final.

Can I bid on Government Auctions online? Some Government Auctions allow online bids, others are exciting live auctions in your local area.

What types of computer systems can I use? All of the auctions, websites, databases and resources in our Members' Area work with all computer systems, including PC's and Mac's, and all operating systems including Microsoft Windows, Apple Macintosh, and even Linux.

If I don't have a credit card, can I pay by check? At this time we accept credit cards and online checks only.
